PTT Clips Local Publisher
PTT Clips Local Publisher prepares approved short videos from ProTinkerToys source material, publishes them to the authorized ProTinkerToys Clips YouTube channel, and shows the owner how published videos perform.
What the app does
- Checks that the connected Google account controls the intended YouTube channel.
- Tracks approved videos, captions, publication reservations and verified publication results.
- Uses the configured Upload-Post service to publish approved videos on the saved schedule. A separately configured direct YouTube upload capability is also supported.
- Uses a separate read-only YouTube Analytics connection to collect channel and owned-video performance reports for the local dashboard.
Who uses it
This tool is configured for the owner's ProTinkerToys Clips account and channel. It is not offered as a public consumer service. These pages provide public information about the private app; they do not provide access to its dashboard, media, credentials or operational controls.
Google permissions
The publishing connection uses YouTube account read access and video upload access. The separate Analytics connection uses YouTube account read access and read-only YouTube Analytics reports. Analytics authorization does not grant upload, edit or deletion permissions.
Data and support
The production application runs on an owner-controlled computer. Credentials are kept in private local storage. Read the Privacy Policy for information about data use, retention, sharing and revocation, and the Terms of Use for authorized use.
