Terms of Use
PTT Clips Local Publisher is a private ProTinkerToys tool for preparing and publishing approved videos and reviewing channel performance. Use is limited to the owner and people explicitly authorized to operate the configured Clips account and channel.
Authorized use
Operators must use the configured account, approved media and saved publication controls. Do not access another person's account or channel, publish unapproved material, misrepresent source content or bypass review, identity, quota or publication safeguards. Operators remain responsible for having permission to use their source material.
Third-party services
The app depends on Google, YouTube and its configured publishing provider. Their availability, quotas, authorization and policies can affect operation. A queued or submitted job is not proof that a video was accepted or publicly processed. Use of YouTube through the app is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
